Arizona Governor Ducey Drops the Bomb on 2020 Election Results

Arizona Governor Doug Ducey deals a devastating blow to Democrat’s attempts to “Install” Joe Biden as President. According to The Epoch Times, Ducey announced that only when all legal challenges are resolved will he allow the vote to be certified. The Trump campaign and the Arizona Republican party have filed lawsuits to block officials from certifying the election results due to massive irregularities.
In the Words of Governor Ducey
“There are legal claims that are being challenged in court. And everybody on the ballot has certain access rights and remedies and if they want to push that they are able. Once those are adjudicated and the process plays out, I will accept the results of the election.”
Under the law of Arizona all counties have a deadline of November 23rd to certify their results of the election. The counties then send their results to the Secretary of State, Democrat Katie Hobbs. Hobbs’ office then has another ten days to certify the result making the Arizona state deadline December 3rd.
“We can trust our elections here in Arizona,” Ducey said, he clarified his point though: “There are questions and those questions should be answered.” Questions that might involve a stash of ballots found in Glendale, Arizona. Or reports of observers being prevented from monitoring the vote counts, with a Clinton donor and Biden spokesman in charge of the process as Dr. Kelli Ward described during a November 6th interview.
To date, Governor Ducey has not called Former Vice-President Biden the President-Elect or stated a winner in Arizona.
The Arizona Republican Party spokesman Zach Henry told the AP,
“The party is pushing for not only the county supervisors but everyone responsible for certifying and canvassing the election to make sure that all questions are answered so that voters will have confidence in the results of the election,”
What’s the election timeline?
The electoral college must choose their delegates and certify results on December 8th before they meet on December 14th. The Electoral College must deliver their results to the US Senate by December 23rd. January 6th the House of Representatives and Senate will meet in joint session to count electoral votes. Then and only then will a Congress declare a winner.
What happens if we miss the deadline?
If a winner cannot be determined by the January 6th deadline then the 12th Amendment’s “Contingent Election” applies, with each state casting a single vote determined by their delegation to the House.
As of today President Trump would readily win this form of election with 26 delegations in Republican hands to Democrats’ 23 with a tie in Pennsylvania.
