Highlights: Trump Team Took a Few Major Victory Laps Yesterday

It was a busy and successful day for the good guys yesterday.

• First, State Legislatures in Pennsylvania, Arizona and Michigan agreed to hold public hearings on the election.

The first of the three hearings was held by Pennsylvania State Senate in Gettysburg, PA. It was the first time that Trump’s legal team was able to produce evidence and first-hand witness testimony of fraud in what was a compelling, comprehensive presentation. Lead and personal attorney to President Trump, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, delivered a riveting case . . .

• Then, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania granted an evidentiary hearing in the election integrity case, which challenges the constitutionality of Act 77 (mail-in ballots). This also prevents Pennsylvania from certifying election results . . .

• Next, the United States 11th Circuit Court of Appeals granted attorney Lin Wood’s Emergency Motion for Expedited Review of his lawsuit, which challenges the validity of the election procedure in Georgia.
