The expert marksman who fired this salvo should teach this technique for neutralizing rioters to police academies across the nation.
The riots in Lancaster are a response to yet another death of a black man with a criminal past. This time, Ricardo Munoz, who has a record of stabbing people. In 2019 he stabbed four people, including a teenager.
On Sunday, Munoz was alleged to be in the process of attacking another woman when the police arrived on the scene.
Munoz chose to fend off police with a knife and was shot and killed. See story and full video of his attack and take down here.
