FACEBOOK TRIES TO SILENCE WHISTLEBLOWER WITH $64,000…SHE REFUSES AND TELLS ALL (VIDEO)

STEADFAST CLASH | By Cooter | August 3, 2021

Last year, Sophie Zhang came to a realization, and she knew she couldn’t keep silent. Not even a severance package in the form of $64,000 could keep Zhang from exposing what she saw as unethical behavior in Big Tech.

This behavior including worldwide political manipulation at the social media giant’s top levels.

Zhang was actually tasked with finding instances of “fake accounts” being used to push a political agenda, particularly as the days grew close to the November 2020 election. In September 2020, Zhang published a bombshell memo in which she claimed not only had she uncovered world leaders from all over using fake Facebook accounts to sway politically, but also that Facebook was in fact looking the other way when it happened.

“In the three years I’ve spent at Facebook, I’ve found multiple blatant attempts by foreign national governments to abuse our platform on vast scales to mislead their own citizenry, and caused international news on multiple occasions. I have personally made decisions that affected national presidents without oversight, and taken action to enforce against so many prominent politicians globally that I’ve lost count,” she wrote.

Facebook fired Zhang after the memo’s release, but also offered her the severance package in the hopes she wouldn’t go public with her findings.

This news comes to light as even today many individuals find themselves being censored by Facebook for sharing “misinformation” regarding the pandemic and any treatment or prevention of the Coronavirus.

What’s more; Zhang says she feels as if “(I) have blood on my hands,” all while Facebook denies any wrongdoing.

Zhang had posted a copy of the memo on her personal website, which has been taken it down after Facebook complained to the web host utilized by Ms. Zhang. Her website remains down to this date.
