So when Fauci was first trotted out as the go-to pandemic guy (though unlikely he ever performed surgery….but no matter), well, his halo was thought to be impeccable — even at this skeptical end. More than likely, many others were unaware that the aforementioned golden boy spent the better part of his career (since 1984) as a political figurehead at the NIH, in his capacity as Director of Allergy & Infectious Diseases. For all practical purposes, what this means is that Fauci not only plays footsie with the nation’s top political and economic power brokers (big pharma via the CDC, anyone?), but has spent years developing and courting cozy relationships with world leaders – some of whom are the worst of the worst! Hence, the veil has been lifted from said “savior”; a much-compromised expert during the health crisis of our times, that is, the CHINESE virus! Enter, his “rehabilitation” project via FOX; in actuality, a damage control mission because President Trump’s advisers failed to execute their mandated due diligence re Fauci (& his side-kick, Birx) before being brought on board as the “face(s)” of America’s medical response team to an unprecedented national emergency! Hence, the very strange (and strained) “interview.” Don’t dare be fooled …..straight-shooter Jesse Watters clearly wasn’t, but he had his marching orders!}
