District of Columbia Quietly Passes Bill To Vaccinate Children Without Parental Consent – THE NANNY STATE USURPS PARENTAL RIGHTS!

“The Minor Consent for Vaccinations Amendment Act permits children as young as 11 ‘to consent to receive a vaccine,’ with all vaccine administrators cooperating to hide the record from parents,” reports Life Site News. D.C. passed bill B23-017 last month that allows a health administrator to vaccinate a child without the parent’s consent.
The Act allows a child as young as 11 years-old “to consent to receive a vaccine where the vaccination is recommended by the United States Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices.”
The Minor Consent for Vaccinations Amendment Act “also establishes that if a minor is able to comprehend the need for, the nature of, and any significant risks inherent in the medical care, then informed consent is established.”
The bill allows children who have zero medical knowledge or experience to make important and serious decisions on whether to consent to a vaccine without a parent’s knowledge or consent.
It not only allows them to consent to something they couldn’t possibly understand the risk for, but the bill also “requires insurance companies, school administrators, and medical personnel to conceal from parents that their child has been vaccinated.”
The government just decided that they have more control over your child’s health than you do, and there is nothing you can do about it.
The bill tells doctors “who administer immunizations under the authority” that they are to seek payment for their services directly from the patient “rather than involving a parent in this process.”
The doctors are then required to “leave part of the immunization record ‘blank’ in order to conceal from parents that their child has been vaccinated.”
The insurance companies are then blocked from sending the parents an “Explanation of Benefits (EOB)” from the vaccination visit.
This bill has yet to be signed into law. However, it does show a scary glimpse at what the government sees as acceptable control over your family.
This bill, if signed into law, would violate the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 (NCVIA), which requires that parents of all minors receive CDC vaccination information before the children receive their vaccination.
Governments are power-hungry conquerors by nature.
With this bill, the government attempts to conquer your parental rights and remove the need for a strong family unit.
The ultimate goal is to replace the parents with the government.
Making it legal for a child as young as 11 to make consent decisions about their health and for that child’s health administrators to be required to hide it from the parents is only the beginning.
