MUST SEE: Biden’s Behavior Abruptly Changes in Spliced Video Speech Released by The White House; From Sleepy-Eyed to Bug-Eyed and Not Blinking

GATEWAY PUNDIT | By Kristinn Taylor | July 27, 2022

A bug-eyed Joe Biden barely blinked, perhaps twice, toward the end of a choppily spliced video of an 11 minute long speech released by the White House on Monday that featured a subdued, sleepy-eyed Biden blinking normally at the beginning but ended with a suddenly changed, agitated, bug-eyed Biden after an abrupt edit. There are at least ten spliced edits in the video, some coming seconds apart, others minutes apart.

Tucker Carlson recently reported a source told him Biden was fed pills by his staff, overseen by wife Jill, during the 2020 campaign that changed him from acting “like a small child” so he could perform at speeches and events.

Monday’s speech was recorded for the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives Conference held in Orlando. Biden was scheduled to speak in person as part of a two event swing though Florida that was canceled after he became infected with COVID despite being quadruple vaccinated.

News 13 anchor Greg Angel, “President Joe Biden to visit Orlando and Tampa Monday. Orlando: President speaks at the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) Annual Conference. Tampa: President will deliver remarks at a Democratic National Committee rally.”

The White House has been presenting proof of health photos and videos of Biden since his diagnosis, playing down any symptoms he may have from the virus.

Monday’s was the first standing speech for Biden since taking ill, however it appears he was not able to make the eleven minute speech in one take, nor it would appear without getting amped up by meds. The change in demeanor in the last segment starting at 8:27 is remarkable. Biden went from sleepy-eyed soft spoken while leaning on the lectern and making normal gestures for most of the speech to being impassioned, bug-eyed, rocking and waving his arms while barely blinking for a minute-and-a-half as seen in this closing segment. (Biden had a scratchy throat at one point, around six-and-a-half minutes in–just after three quick splices.)

Complete video of Biden’s speech. He is noticeably amped up around the 8:27 mark. Video cued to 8 minute mark.

The White House has not published a transcript of Biden’s speech as of this report.

In Monday’s press briefing, reporters did not ask White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre about the spliced video and amped-up Biden even though Jean-Pierre used the video as evidence to claim Biden’s health is improving.

…MS. JEAN-PIERRE: No, that’s not what I’m saying. What I’m saying is that we are in a different place with COVID. Right? We are able to do the business — he’s able to do the business of the American people — and not just him, other Americans as well — because there are vaccines that are free, because there are boosters that are free, because there’s Paxlovid, which is an antiviral medication that has helped him really take to the treatment well, really recover very well.

You saw him again for your very own eyes. You saw him give a speech at NOBLE that we’ve just played for all of you, which is why we were a little bit — a little bit behind in starting this, and also during his CHIPS event.

And so, that’s not what I’m saying; I’m saying that we are just in a different time with COVID.

…MS. JEAN-PIERRE: So, right now — I mean, just like Dr. Jha was saying, I can’t — I don’t want to get into hypotheticals. Right now, you know, the President is still working. He’s working eight-plus hours. That is something that he told me personally, when we talked last week. You saw him today doing — speaking at the NOBLE — NOBLE event and also holding an event with CEOs, labor leaders, and his own economics — economic team for about an hour. So he is constantly working, constantly making decisions on behalf of the American people.

I don’t have a schedule to lay out for you at this time.

…Q — in this address to NOBLE. He refers to his predecessor watching the events of January 6th unfold from the private dining room, saying, “He didn’t have the courage to act.”
