Report: Senate Investigation Finds Obama and Admins GUILTY – KNOWINGLY FUNDED AL-QAEDA TERROR AFFILIATE!

Under the Obama Administration and with President Barack Obama’s approval, the Non-profit humanitarian agency World Vision United States “improperly transacted” with the Islamic Relief Agency (ISRA) in 2014. The ISRA is an organization that has been sanctioned for ties to terrorism according to a new Senate report.
The report described ISRA,
“The Islamic Relief Agency (ISRA) is headquartered in Khartoum, Sudan and maintains over 40 offices worldwide. The United States government placed sanctions on ISRA in 2004 after they had funneled approximately $5 million to Maktab Al-Khidamat, the predecessor to Al-Qaeda controlled by Osama Bin Laden. ISRA’s leadership also engaged in discussions to help relocate Bin Laden to secure safe harbor for him. In the mid-2000’s, ISRA was responsible for moving funds to support a Palestinian terrorist. According to Treasury, when raising funds ISRA was known to display two “collection boxes marked ‘Allah’ and ‘Israel,’ signaling the funds would be directed towards attacks against Israelis.” Previously, there was a U.S. based branch of ISRA established in Columbia, Missouri in 1985 but it was closed in the early 2000’s.”
Senator Chuck Grassley, chairing the Senate Finance Committee released the report which detailed a nearly year-long investigation by his staff into the relationship between World Vision US and ISRA. The investigation found that World Vision US “was not aware” that ISRA had been sanctioned by US Authorities since 2004 when they pumped $5 Million into Maktab al-Khidamat a predecessor organization to Al Qaeda also controlled by Osama Bin Laden at that time. This is just the latest in a series of bombshell developments about President Obama’s corrupt regime.
Who is Maktab al-Khidamat?
According to the Terrorism Research & Analysis Consortium (TRAC),
“In 1984 Bin Laden moved to Peshawar, a Pakistani town bordering Afghanistan, and helped run a front organization for the mujaheddin known as Maktab al-Khidamat (MAK), which funneled money, arms, and fighters from the outside world into the Afghan war. According to MSNBC, “MAK [is] nurtured by Pakistan’s state security services, the Inter-Services Intelligence agency, or ISI, the CIA’s primary conduit for conducting the covert war against Moscow’s occupation.” MAK became Osama bin Laden’s main charity front in the 1980s and the precursor organization to al-Qaeda”.
Obama Admins’ Dangerous Ignorance
Senator Grassley’s report indicated that the Obama Administration’s ignorance was “born from insufficient vetting practices”. Grassley wrote,
“World Vision works to help people in need across the world, and that work is admirable,” Grassley said in a statement. “Though it may not have known that ISRA was on the sanctions list or that it was listed because of its affiliation with terrorism, it should have. Ignorance can’t suffice as an excuse. World Vision’s changes in vetting practices are a good first step, and I look forward to its continued progress.”
But Even AFTER They Knew!
This whole investigation began with a 2018 National Review article by Sam Westrop, director of the Middle East Forum’s Islamist Watch. Westrop stunned conservatives nationwide by revealing that the Obama Admin had greenlit a “$200,000 grant of taxpayer money to ISRA.” and that officials had specifically authorized “at least $115,000” of the grant AFTER learning that MAK was a designated Terror Organization and ISRA was had funded them.
World Vision US’ legal department caught wind of this, halted all payments in September 2014 and launched an internal investigation. After the Treasury department confirmed the sanctions and denied WVUS a license to transact with ISRA, World Vision submitted ANOTHER request to pay ISRA for “Services Rendered” to the tune of $125,000 so they wouldn’t be expelled from Sudan for non-payment.
On May 4th, Nine Months after the Dept of Treasury was informed of this, according to yahoo!news,
“the Obama administration’s State Department recommended OFAC grant World Vision’s request for the license to transact. The next day, OFAC granted the license to pay ISRA $125,000 for services rendered, and later sent the non-profit a “cautionary letter” making it aware that its collaboration with ISRA appeared to have violated the Global Terrorism Sanction Regulations.”
Stunningly, Senator Grassley’s staff reported, “We also found no evidence that World Vision knew that ISRA was a sanctioned entity prior to receiving notice from Treasury,” the report adds. “However, based on the evidence presented, we conclude that World Vision had access to the appropriate public information and should have known how, but failed to, properly vet ISRA as a sub-grantee, resulting in the transfer of U.S. taxpayer dollars to an organization with an extensive history of supporting terrorist organization [sic] and terrorists, including Osama Bin Laden.”
Senator Grassley’s statement called this “borderline negligent”, however, The US Constitution could call this by another name: Treason.

Even to a someone charitably minded, the Obama administration already known for sending mass payments to terrorist states such as Iran, gave aid and comfort ($200k worth) to an organization founded by America’s Public Enemy #1.
