A resident of the partially collapsed 12-story beachfront Florida condo shared dramatic home security footage of her apartment, seconds before the building gave way.

Rosie Santana’s life was likely spared because she was not at her condo at the moment of collapse Thursday morning, the woman tweeted.

White, hail-like debris from the collapsing structure can be seen and heard pelting her living room, before the camera abruptly goes dark after 13 seconds.

“I am a resident of one of the condos on the side of the collapse,” Santana wrote, less than three hours after the 1:30 a.m. catastrophe.

“This is a video from my camera footage inside from the start of the collapse until the loss of connection (I was away from the building today). Towards the end, you hear the structure failing.”

The Champlain Towers South in Surfside, near Miami Beach, had been reportedly sinking at a rate of 2 millimeters a year since the 1990s, and inspectors visited the doomed building as recently as Wednesday, according to local media.

Emergency crews were able to confirm the survival of 102 people in the build though 99 people still remain unaccounted for.

Search and rescue crews are working through the night in the hopes of finding any of the nearly 100 people who are missing.

“We did identify and declare safe 102 people, and 99 we still cannot account for, some of whom may not have been in the building,” Miami-Dade County Mayor Danielle Levin Cava said Thursday evening.

One person is confirmed dead, officials said.
