Pot Calls Kettle Black: Joe Biden, the Smartest Dude in Town, Says Unvaccinated Federal Employees are Not So Smart, and Doocy Asks a Doozy of a Question (Videos)

A July 6th opinion by the Department of Justice, Office of Legal Council, emboldens public and private entities to impose widespread COVID-19 vaccine mandates on employees and to fire those who refuse vaccinations.

According to the DOJ, federal law entitles potential vaccine recipients to receive information about the vaccines but — under the protections of an emergency use authorization (EUA) for medical products — does not prohibit public and private entities from mandating them.

“Section 564(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III) of the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act,” reads the DOJ opinion,

only concerns the provision of information to potential vaccine recipients and does not prohibit public or private entities from imposing vaccination requirements for a vaccine that is subject to an emergency use authorization.”

“Section 564 of the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (“FDCA”), 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3,1,” the opinion continues,

authorizes the Food and Drug Administration (‘FDA’) to issue an ’emergency use authorization’ (‘EUA’) for a medical product, such as a vaccine, under certain emergency circumstances.”

Even more, due to the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act of 2005, employers are immune from all liability of and compensation for adverse reactions and potential risks caused by the vaccines.

This prompted a reporter to follow up with Joe Biden on Tuesday:

“Will you fire all federal employees if they’re not vaccinated?” she asked him.

“It’s under consideration,” replied Biden — the smartest rocket scientist in the room — “but if you’re not vaccinated, you’re not nearly as smart as I thought you were.”

Yet, some smarter Americans weren’t having it and criticized Biden’s jaded response . . .

“Well,” commented Twitter user Tim Fead about Biden’s remarks, “if that isn’t calling the [kettle] black.”

“Exactly,” chided Brian on Twitter. “Also, does anyone think this guy [Biden] should be talking about someone’s intelligence level?”

In addition to the DOJ’s recent opinion, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) flip-flopped on its guidelines, recommending on Tuesday that “fully vaccinated people start wearing masks indoors again in places with high Covid-19 transmission rates.”

During a briefing with Press Secretary Jen Psaki on Tuesday, Fox News White House Correspondent Peter Doocy asked the logical question that most inquiring minds want to know . . .

If the vaccines work so well, “why do vaccinated people need to put the masks back on?”

“If you were vaccinated, as the chart shows,” deflected Psaki, “it could save your life, and I think the clear data shows that this pandemic is killing — is hospitalizing — is making people very sick who are not vaccinated. That still continues to be the case, regardless of what the mask guidance looks like.”

But, repeated Doocy, “If vaccines work . . . why do people who have had the vaccine need to now wear masks the same as people who have not had it?”

And then came the zinger . . .

“Because,” explained Psaki, “the public health leaders in our administration have made the determination based on data — that that is a way to make sure they’re protected, their loved ones are protected, and that’s an extra step given the transmissibility of the virus . . .”

In other words, or rather more succinctly, because the data says so!

In fact, the latest CDC report shows that those who have been fully vaccinated are prone to higher levels of the Delta strain of the virus and can transmit it to others . . .

By Thursday, Biden still had some more explaining to do. Inquiring minds still wanted to know why, if the vaccines are supposed to be so effective, those who have already been vaccinated need to wear masks . . .

Get Vaxxed — So you can carry the delta variant, too!

Joe Biden urged Americans on Thursday to get the vaccine. He then disclosed that even with the vaccine you can still carry the delta variant.

So why get the vax, then?

Biden then urged states to use taxpayer cash to bribe Americans to gat [sic] the vax.
