Watch Robert Kennedy, Jr., Shred Alan Dershowitz’s Arguments on the Safety, Efficacy & Legality of Mandatory Covid-19 Vaccinations [Video]
Who really gains immunity from a Covid-19 vaccine: The patient or scientists and the healthcare and pharmaceutical Industries?
A Covid-19 vaccination may soon be on the horizon, but did you know that Congress passed legislation in 1986 that defines vaccines as unavoidably unsafe? The statute grants their manufacturers—namely, the medical and pharmaceutical industries, which are among the largest lobbyists in Washington—blanket legal immunity from any and all damages caused by their possible adverse risks and effects, as well as from failure to disclose them. This is the case even when patients are perfectly healthy and known risks might include brain injury and/or death.
In an eye-opening debate with civil liberties attorney and Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz, Robert Kennedy, Jr., the son of the late former U.S. Attorney General, sets the record straight and describes vaccines as “medical intervention” on “perfectly healthy” people, adding,
It’s the only medicine being given to healthy people, particularly children who have a whole lifetime ahead of them. So you would expect that we would want that particular intervention to have particularly great risk guarantees that they’re safe. Because you are saying to someone, ‘We are going to make you make this sacrifice for the greater good. You have no health problems. You have zero risk in this disease. Yet, we are going to force you to undergo a medical intervention.’
In fact, vaccines are the only medical product exempt from safety tests, Kennedy, Jr., later contends, citing a 2010 study by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). The study, commissioned by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), found that 2.6% (one in 40 people) are seriously injured by vaccines.
With this in mind, is it ethical and constitutionally sound to forcibly administer Covid vaccines for the “greater good” of the American public to those who refuse to take them? Dershowitz says that it is, but there is great public skepticism about it, as well as a deepening distrust for the scientific and medical communities, which, like most everything else today, have become politicized. According to an AP-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research poll, half of the public would not voluntarily take a Covid-19 vaccine if and when it’s available.
It’s no wonder. Kennedy, Jr., points to 2010, 2014, and 2017 reviews of flu vaccine literature and evidence by Cochrane—an independent, collaborative global group of researchers, healthcare professionals, and patients—which he deems as the highest authority on the topic. It rejects findings by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) of a 35% efficacy rate for the flu vaccine and instead concludes that it is effective in only one out of 100 cases.
Moreover, there is absolutely no evidence to suggest that flu vaccines prevent hospitalizations or deaths. “The flu shot,” says Kennedy, Jr., transmits the flu,” makes its recipients six times more likely to transmit it to others, and lowers their immune system, which makes them more susceptible to other infections. Even more alarming, a study by Greg G. Wolff shows that those who receive the flu shot are 30% more likely to catch the coronavirus.
With such high risks and little to no accountability or incentive to ensure vaccine safety and efficacy by those who produce them, it would seem to be in the public’s best interest to invest more time and resources into treatment and cures instead. But vaccines are a lucrative business—particularly for the now infamous Dr. Anthony Fauci, who just happens to sit on President Donald Trump’s coronavirus task force. At least that is the charge made by Kennedy, Jr.—a charge he also makes in this April podcast. He claims that Dr. Fauci plays a duplicitous role on the team and has a great deal to gain by a Covid vaccine rather than treatment.
According to Kennedy, Jr., Dr. Fauci is involved in a Covid vaccine business venture with Bill Gates and the Gates Foundation and already holds numerous vaccine patents. This might explain his rejection of the now controversial but inexpensive hydroxychloroquine treatment over which President Trump was relentlessly attacked for promoting. It also begs the question, whose greater good would mandated Covid-19 vaccinations really serve: The American public or those who belong to the scientific, healthcare, and pharmaceutical industries, many of whom are severely compromised by financial conflicts of interest? If you question their safety and efficacy too, you’re not alone and won’t want to miss this instructive, revealing debate between Alan Dershowitz and Robert Kennedy, Jr., who tears the legal scholar’s arguments to shreds . . .
